Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 26, 2026

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website is

The Rested Home is an independent informational website about sleep comfort and an ergonomic memory foam pillow. We are not the maker, owner or seller of that product. Links on this site lead to the product's own sales page.

Affiliate relationship

We participate in an affiliate program and may earn a commission if you buy through our links, at no additional cost to you. This does not change the price you pay.

Not medical advice

The content on this site is general information about comfort and sleeping posture. It is not medical advice, and the product described is not a medical device. If you have ongoing pain, numbness, breathing problems or snoring, talk to a doctor.

Product information

Product details and sales figures on this site are as published by the seller. We describe them as accurately as we can, but they may change at any time. If anything on the order page differs from this website, the order page applies. Individual results vary.

Purchases, shipping, refunds and support

Purchases are made on a third-party website and processed by ClickBank, which acts as the retailer. Prices, discounts, shipping charges, delivery times and refunds, including the money-back guarantee, are set by the seller and ClickBank, not by us. Please read the terms shown on the order page before buying.

We cannot access or change orders. For help with an order, billing or a refund, contact ClickBank Support.

No warranties and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or of any third-party product or website linked from it.

Trademarks

All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their mention here does not imply endorsement. This site is not part of, or endorsed by, Meta Platforms, Inc.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page.
